Collaborative Goal-Setting Across Social Service Agency Initiatives
ikaso supported a state’s social service agency in adapting the objectives and key results goal-setting model to structure and enhance collaboration on cross-divisional initiatives central to the agency's top priorities. initiatives include reforming long-term services and supports and improving access to mental health services. throughout quarterly cycles (or client-designated intervals), ikaso guides workstream leaders in setting and communicating data-informed goals that are shared across collaborators. in doing so, we help our clients rally resources and align activities so that they feel inspired to aim high and supported to achieve transformative systems change.

Our team supported agency leadership to implement a new approach to tackle initiatives centered around developing and meeting measurable and ambitious goals. We collaborate with our clients to structure project teams, create shared information tools, and facilitate aligned and data-informed goals in a model that is adaptable across different teams and initiatives.
