“I founded Ikaso in 2008 at the prompting of a few good folks who believed in our ability to build a values-driven organization. After nearly a decade in public sector consulting, and on the cusp of the arrival of my first daughter, I felt a sense of urgency to work with purpose. With a love of public service, a passion for curious, collaborative problem solving, and an entrepreneurial spirit, Ikaso was born. Good people joined in Ikaso’s mission to deliver helpful, thoughtful work and advance the public good. I am grateful for colleagues and clients, past and present, who believe in the Ikaso approach to true partnership, reliability, and service. I am grateful to continue to grow, challenge, and serve.
