Ikaso is based out of San Francisco, California. Regular domestic travel is required.

Analysts at Ikaso not only have the skills relevant for world-class consulting, but also have the passion to deliver worthwhile, long-lasting change.

Analyst positions require a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably from top-tier educational institutions. Our team welcomes diversity of thought and experience, and we encourage candidates from all academic fields to apply for the Analyst position. Typical Analyst candidates have some classroom or internship experience in economics, public policy, political science, or public health. Professionals with relevant experience in management consulting, strategic sourcing, health care, or finance are also encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal, leadership, quantitative, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates must be comfortable working in both individual and team environments, traveling to various client sites and applying their skills in a client-facing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
